1. Stock Availability & Pricing

1.1. All items offered for sale are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock we will usually notify you within 2 working days of your order being placed. We shall advise you of the likely time scale of the delay, You may cancel your order if you so wish if the item is not available

1.2 For pre-orders the pricing shown is the expected price. We will confirm the exact price before dispatch.

2. Credit/Debit Card Payment

2.1. We accept payment by Visa,Delta,MasterCard,Switch and Solo, we use RealEx as our payment processor, you do not need to open an account with RealEx in order to use this service. You may also order over the telephone using Visa,Delta,MasterCard,Switch.

3. Pricing

3.1. Unless indicated otherwise, all prices stated include VAT. All Errors and Omissions are excepted.

3.2 All offers and pricing are usually available till 12 noon on the last working day of the month unless otherwise stated. They can however be removed at any time.

4. Product Warranty

4.1. All products come with a manufactures warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Delivery

5.1. Orders are dispatched within 21 days of receiving your order.

5.2. We cannot be held responsible for any delays with the Royal Mail delivery service.

5.3. We are only able to accept UK orders.

6. Returns Products

6.1. If you wish to return a product or receive a replacement product for a faulty item supplied please email us at pauline@frankskinsense.com Or telephone 028 9147 8464

6.2. You must contact us within 3 working days of any problem becomes apparent.

6.3. We will attempt to deal with all replacements and refunds with high priority.

6.4. Replacements will only be sent out when the original item is returned.

6.5. It is the customers responsibility for the safe return of any goods. All items must be returned as they were received with their original packaging and full contents included along with original documentation and proof of purchase. The issued RMA number must be clearly seen on the outer of all packaging.

6.6. Refunds cannot be given if we judge that the product has been wilfully damaged, misused, neglected, overloaded, modified, adapted or repaired.

6.7. No returns are expected without a returns number being issued. This includes contract handsets. If you return an item not following the correct procedure we may decline the delivery.
